About Us
How does AgriBonus work?
AgriBonus is the first benefit programme specifically designed for the farmer. With AgriBonus, members can earn free flights to exotic destinations, and other awards such as bakkies, scramblers, computers, etc.
As is the case with other loyalty programmes, AgriBonus members can earn points through purchases from a variety of service partners, all market leaders in their various fields.
The more points earned by an AgriBonus member, the higher his/her status becomes and the better the benefits and awards are.
Who are the AgriBonus partners?
Complete AgriBonus partner list on website. Please read this section carefully to make sure that your claims reach us on time.
Why did I not receive all my points?
This may be due to various reasons, namely:
- You buy from a supplier that does not submit your monthly purchases to AgriBonus.
- You buy cash. Most of our partners only keep record of their members and/or account holders.
- Your claim has already expired. (please refer to the answer to the following question: “How far back can I claim my points?”).
- The products you bought, do not qualify for points.
- AgriBonus is not allowed to process your claims manually.
Do I have to buy directly through the partners to qualify for AgriBonus points?
Not necessarily. Most of the partner products are available at your local agricultural business. These agricultural businesses most probably do not supply AgriBonus with your purchase info.
For a list of suppliers who do send monthly info to AgriBonus, please refer to Co-Op Participation.
To ensure that your rightful earned points are allocated to you, please fax a copy of the purchase invoice to (012) 843 5661 or 086 603 6144 or post it to AgriBonus at PO Box 1284, PRETORIA, 0001.
However, there are a few partners who insist that you claim you points via them. Please refer to the partner list for more information.
How far back can I claim my points?
According to the AgriBonus terms and conditions, a member has only 120 days to submit his/her claims. Many of our partners allow up to six months for a member to submit his/her claim. However, there are a few partners who only allow 60 days for a member to submit his/her claim.
For more information, please refer to the partner list.
How much points does a partner give?
Each partner has its own incentives. For more information, please contact the partner itself.
